George has been on the Home Delivered Meals Program for three years.  George started on the program after he had a stroke and was unable to prepare meals for himself.  George slept most of the day and was struggling to complete any of his daily routines.  Three years has passed and George is up and waiting for the hot meal and is able to complete most of his daily routine.  The meals gave George the nutrition he needed to get stronger and healthier.  George looks forward to the day when he can prepare meals for himself but until then he is enjoying a variety of hot meals that are delivered to his door daily.
